After a lackluster debate performance, GA-02 GOP candidate Chris West is seeking help wherever he can get it, including thousands of dollars from Marjorie Taylor Greene. With only days left before Election Day, West is clearly content to throw in his lot with MAGA Republicans eager to ban abortion with no exceptions and rip away 87 years of Social Security.
This is hardly the first time West has relied on big dollars from extremists. Just weeks ago, the anti-choice National Right to Life Committee, a group that supports a nationwide abortion ban, came to bolster West’s flailing campaign.
DCCC Spokesperson Monica Robinson:
“Chris West is clearly done pretending after the thorough shellacking he received in last night’s debate. Voters know he’s loyal to the MAGA movement, not everyday Georgians, and they’ll reject his extremism at the ballot box.”
