To kick off 2024, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise and Majority Whip Tom Emmer announced that they are endorsing Donald Trump, following in the footsteps of their boss, Speaker Mike Johnson, who is “all in” for the disgraced former president.
MAGA House Republican leadership’s endorsement of the defeated former president coincides with Trump’s proclamation that he’ll make a “heavy play” in New York.
Will vulnerable New York Republicans Nick LaLota and Anthony D’Esposito fall in line with the party’s MAGA leadership and endorse Trump?
Nick LaLota, Anthony D’Esposito, and the rest of House Republican leadership are making no effort whatsoever to hide their support for far-right extremism and voters will hold them accountable this November.
