Public polls show the expenditures aren’t working and the race is now neck and neck.

The Congressional Leadership Fund is backing a white, male candidate against two women candidates as the NRCC and Republican leaders crow about diversity and endorsing women candidates. They have argued their “path to power” rests on GOP women candidates, but now they are working against two.
