Despite GOP leaders whipping against the resolution, the House passed a continuing resolution to keep the government open, preventing a laundry list of problems for American families.

On top of ensuring our government stays open, the continuing resolution will help Ukraine fight back against Putin’s aggression, address the water crisis in Mississippi and address damage from a wildfire in New Mexico.
“Once again, Michelle Steel is showing Californians that she would rather play politics than govern,” said DCCC spokesperson Marcus W. Robinson. “Had Democrats not been in charge and Steel had her way, families would have faced the brunt of the GOP’s cowardly lack of leadership.”
