New reporting by the Washington Examiner highlighted new endorsements from the far right Tea Party Express – including MAGA candidate Mike Garcia. The Tea Party Express is a group dedicated to dismantling the ACA which would rip away health care from millions of Americans.
Now more than ever, Californians need representatives who are committed to protecting health care. At a time when reproductive health care is being ripped away from millions of Americans, Mike Garcia is accepting the endorsement from a far right group pushing the demise of health care across the country.
Garcia and this radical group are birds of a feather: Previously, Garcia campaigned on fully repealing the Affordable Care Act, despite the fact that some 1.6 million Californians annually rely on the ACA since its creation.
