| This week, notorious Trump lapdog Mike Lawler endorsed Bruce Blakeman for New York Governor – the latest stop in Lawler’s never ending quest to stay in Donald Trump’s good graces after his original “Ultra MAGA” pick, Elise Stefanik, dropped out of the race.
After spending more than a year desperately teasing his own statewide ambitions — and then chickening out — Lawler is now settling for the next best thing: endorsing a full-throated MAGA loyalist who has made clear he will always put Donald Trump above New Yorkers.
Blakeman has proudly embraced Trump and his anti-New York agenda at every turn:
Even Donald Trump has called Blakeman “MAGA all the way” and suggested Blakeman should play him in a movie. By backing Blakeman, Lawler is once proving he will always put Trump first — no matter how much it hurts New Yorkers.
