As the Senate is scheduled to vote on the bipartisan border deal, Mike Lawler once again refuses to support the bill – despite Lawler’s empty rhetoric claiming he wants to address the issue.
Mike Lawler’s latest political game is yet another example of his fealty to Donald Trump, who has bragged about killing the deal. This comes as no surprise, considering Lawler is a career political operative who has worked to elect Trump to the presidency three times in a row.
Lower Hudson Valley families want solutions to address the border and our broken immigration system, but Mike Lawler continues to put Trump and his orders first – killing the bipartisan deal just so Lawler can campaign on the issue.
