Mike Turner Votes To Keep Raising Health Care Costs for Southwest Ohioans

Turner votes to block ACA tax credits and allow premium costs to keep rising

As health care costs continue to skyrocket thanks to House Republicans letting ACA tax credits expire, Mike Turner is hellbent on making life even more expensive for Southwest Ohioans.

Turner just voted AGAIN against a bipartisan effort to extend ACA tax credits for three years. His vote sends the clear message that he is a threat to Ohioans’ access to affordable health care.

The DCCC will continue holding Turner accountable for his long record of attacking affordable health care and breaking his promise to lower costs for Ohioans.

DCCC Spokesperson Riya Vashi:
“Today’s vote is another cruel reminder that Mike Turner doesn’t care about Southwest Ohioans struggling to keep up with skyrocketing health care bills and is instead actively working to raise costs. Voters will remember Turner’s betrayal at the ballot box.”
