| Diesel prices have hit a record high and continue to climb. The cost of health care is pushing families to their breaking point. The cost of a gallon of milk is the highest it’s been in more than two decades.
And Monica De La Cruz had the audacity to get on stage in Dallas and lie to Texans and say she succeeded in lowering prices.
She didn’t lower costs. She voted multiple times to raise them. She voted to kick more than 65,000 of her own constituents off of their health care when she cut Medicaid by nearly $1 trillion. She voted to double health care premiums in Hidalgo County. And she voted to continue a reckless war in Iran that has skyrocketed the cost of gas in Texas to its highest levels in over a year.
