Multimillionaire Mike Erickson (OR-06) keeps finding new ways to show Oregonians that he’s completely out of touch. When asked by KOIN whether he’d vote for the Inflation Reduction Act, Erickson quickly responded with an emphatic “No.”
Erickson would have voted against a bill that – among other things – caps out-of-pocket prescription costs, allows Medicare to negotiate drug prices, expands Affordable Care Act subsidies, and establishes a $35 a month cap on insulin for Medicare recipients.
Extremist Erickson doesn’t have a clue about the challenges facing Oregonians – and it shows.
DCCC Spokesperson Johanna Warshaw
“If there’s one thing Mike Erickson is good at, it’s reminding Oregonians how out of touch he is. He goes on TV to brag about his opposition to a bill that cuts health care costs, all while joining his GOP buddies in their coordinated assault on reproductive health care. There’s no two ways about it: Extremist Erickson is bad for Oregon families’ health.”
