According to new analysis by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, approximately 24,000 additional people in Florida’s 27th Congressional District are at risk of losing their health insurance due to María Elvira Salazar and House Republicans’ Tax Scam bill.
These updated numbers mean that nearly 100,000 of Salazar’s own constituents are set to lose their Medicaid coverage thanks to her deciding vote to fund tax breaks for the wealthiest people in the country.
