NEW: Conservative Dark Money Group Runs Ad Praising Brian Fitzpatrick’s Deciding Vote for Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Fitzpatrick “did not respond to a request for comment on the ad”

Brian Fitzpatrick
cast a deciding vote to advance Republicans’ Big, Ugly Bill back in May. Now, a conservative dark money group has a message for Fitzpatrick: Thanks!

New reporting from the Philadelphia Inquirer reveals that “a conservative dark money group, the Center for Individual Freedom” is running ads on Meta and Instagram praising Fitzpatrick for his vote to advance the GOP Tax Scam which gutted Medicaid in order to fund tax cuts for billionaires.

The Inquirer reports that Fitzpatrick “did not respond to a request for comment on the ad.”

It begs the question: Does Fitzpatrick agree that his support was critical in advancing the largest cuts to Medicaid in history?

DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“Brian Fitzpatrick is just another D.C. politician trying to have it both ways. He wants to be applauded by MAGA for giving tax cuts to billionaires, but dodge scrutiny for greenlighting the largest cuts to Medicaid in history. The fact that Fitzpatrick is getting praise from GOP dark money groups for his vote to advance Republicans’ Big, Ugly Bill tells you all you need to know about his true record and who he stands for – and it clearly isn’t Pennsylvanians.”
