New DCCC Billboard in PA-08 Reminds NEPA That Rob Bresnahan is “The Congressman Who Stole Health Care”

DCCC calls out vulnerable Rep. Rob Bresnahan ahead of the holidays for unleashing a health care crisis on Northeastern Pennsylvania
The DCCC this week launched a new billboard campaign holding vulnerable Congressman Rob Bresnahan accountable for unleashing a health care crisis on hardworking Pennsylvanians ahead of the holiday season. 

Bresnahan cast a key vote for the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” which included the largest cut to Medicaid in American history to fund massive tax breaks for billionaires. Hospitals, nursing homes, and community-based health clinics are at-risk of shutting down thanks to these cuts, with some already announcing their closure.

And Bresnahan has failed to prevent skyrocketing health care costs after he voted for a cost-spiking Republican health care ‘plan’ that fails to extend the Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax credits before they expire on December 31st.

Worse yet, Bresnahan has traded health care related stocks and bonds even as he votes to rip away health care from his own constituents.
