NEW: DCCC Launches Lunar New Year Ads Calling Out House Republicans for Betraying AAPI Communities

The digital ad campaign targeting battleground AAPI voters highlights House Republicans’ broken promises

As Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) voters get ready to celebrate Lunar New Year, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is launching a new national four-figure ad buy calling out House Republicans for making life more expensive. 

House Republicans’ disastrous agenda has stripped money out of people’s pockets, cut health care for millions of Americans, and enabled reckless tariffs that have made life unaffordable. Recent polling shows these financial hardships are top issues for AAPI voters who have been significantly impacted by Trump’s tariffs.

The ads will reach AAPI voters in 18 competitive districts across the country:

  • CA-47
  • CA-48
  • MI-10
  • NJ-07
  • NJ-09
  • NV-01

  • NV-04
  • NY-03
  • NY-04
  • NY-17

  • VA-07

In addition to the economic focused ads, the campaign includes ads hitting House Republicans for doing nothing as immigration raids hit AAPI communities. The ad will run in eight critical offensive districts: AK-AL, CA-22, CA-48, MI-10, NJ-07, NY-17, PA-01, VA-02.

The digital ad campaign will begin running this week on Facebook and Instagram.
