Conroy: “I really commend the president for what we’re doing.”
Six months into Trump’s reckless war in Iran, Ohio families are paying 29% more at the pump, taxpayers are $37.5 billion deeper in the hole, and Eric Conroy’s big idea is to spend more.
According to new reporting, Conroy said earlier this week that he’d vote for more military spending in Iran and “think[s] we’re moving it in the right direction.”
Just last month, Conroy assured Ohioans that the war in Iran was not going to last much longer. He also downplayed skyrocketing gas prices, stating there is “a little spike, but not a very big spike.”
DCCC Spokesperson Riya Vashi: “While Cincinnati families get squeezed at the gas pump, Eric Conroy’s solution is writing Donald Trump a bigger check for his endless war of choice. Ohio voters don’t want another Trump rubber stamp, they want a leader like Greg Landsman who will fight to lower their costs.”
