Gabe Evans is in trouble.
New “reputable” polling shows that Latino voters in Evans’ district are souring on Donald Trump – a red alert for the vulnerable incumbent who’s “never shied away from Trump or the Trump Administration” and is running in a district that’s roughly 40% Latino.
Here’s what you need to know:
- 70% of Latino voters in CO-08 DISAPPROVE of Trump’s job performance, while 29% approve. This is a significant jump since last summer, when 42% of Latino voters in CO-08 said they disapproved of Trump’s job performance, while 54% said they approved.
- 61% DISAPPROVE of Trump, while 37% approve. Last summer, 48% of Latino voters in CO-08 said they disapproved of Trump.
- 44% said their financial situation had generally gotten WORSE in the past year.
- 39% said they BLAME Trump for the cost of living in Colorado, compared to 20% who said they blamed the state (yikes!).
- Latino voters in CO-08 identified cost of living, wages, and housing affordability as their top issues.
REMINDER: Evans has voted 100% of the time with Trump, including to jack up prices by gutting Coloradans health care, protecting price-hiking tariffs, and greenlighting the war in Iran that’s raising costs on Colorado families, farmers, and other small businesses.

- Thirty-nine percent of Latino voters in the district said they blamed Trump for the cost of living in Colorado compared to 20% who said they blamed the state.
