On Friday night, KGW’s The Story confirmed what we already knew: Lori Chavez-DeRemer has an extreme anti-choice record. KGW fact-checked the content of the DCCC’s first IE ad in OR-05, Basic, and found the two core claims – that Lori Chavez-DeRemer was encouraged by the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and that she supported a six week abortion ban with no exception for rape or incest – were true.
And when confronted with the facts, Lori Chavez-DeRemer completely melted down:
