After being exposed for attempting to hide her dangerous anti-abortion record, Mariannette Miller-Meeks is now doubling down.
This morning, Miller-Meeks reaffirmed her commitment to banning abortion, promising to continue “supporting the pro-life legislation that I’ve done before in the past.” After co-sponsoring a national abortion ban with zero exceptions last Congress, Miller-Meeks is pledging to back the same efforts this year.
This comes after last night’s votes where Miller-Meeks helped push through twobills that chip away at women’s constitutional freedoms and attempt to deny them access to essential reproductive health care.
