NEW POLL: Democrats Have Massive 14 POINT Voter Enthusiasm Advantage Ahead of November

Independent voters also back Democrats in Congress by 15 points on generic ballot

Following Trump’s abysmal State of the Union address where he once again derided voters’ concerns about affordability, Democrats are building on momentum headed into the midterm elections.

According to a new poll from The Washington Post, Democrats hold a 14-point advantage in voter enthusiasm over Republicans. That advantage is the largest Democrats have had ahead of a midterm election since 2006.

Worse news for vulnerable House Republicans? Independent voters are backing Democrats in Congress by a SHOCKING 15 points on the generic ballot.

As the Post has already reported, Democrats are overperforming 2024 presidential margins by 17 points in congressional special elections since January 2025. Separately, Democrats have flipped 26 state legislative seats since Donald Trump took office.

DCCC Spokesperson Justin Chermol:
“Corrupt House Republicans are going down in November.”
