| Voters will punish House Republicans like Ken Calvert if they fail to extend the ACA tax credits before they expire at the end of the year, according to a new poll from KFF.
The poll also found 58% of people with health insurance from the Affordable Care Act would not be able to afford a $300 increase in premium.
214 of Calvert’s colleagues have signed onto a discharge petition to extend the ACA tax credits for three years. Why hasn’t Calvert?
DCCC Spokesperson Anna Elsasser:
“The clock is ticking for Calvert to take action on fixing the Republican health care crisis, but he is refusing to act. Calvert will be held accountable for his cruelty next year.” |
