NEW POLL: Michigan Voters Hate Tom Barrett’s Economy

Detroit News: “Pocketbook blowback from voters in battleground Michigan could portend a poor showing by Republicans in the pivotal 2026 midterm elections.”

A new poll from The Detroit News and WDIV-TV finds that Michigan voters hate Donald Trump and Tom Barrett’s economy. Nearly “two-thirds of Michiganians said they are seeing their household costs increase” and almost twice as many voters gave Trump an “F” than “A” when grading his handling of the economy.
