New polling confirms what we already know: MAGA lapdog Mike Lawler has never been more vulnerable, and Army Combat Veteran Cait Conley is the fighter Hudson Valley voters want representing them in Congress.
DC Republicans burnt $1.5 million to try and stop Conley from becoming the nominee because they knew she would win in November. Now, polling shows Conley out front with a 6-point lead.
The poll also shows Mike Lawler and Donald Trump desperately underwater, with Lawler’s favorability rating at 39% favorable to 55% unfavorable and Donald Trump’s at 38% favorable to 60% unfavorable.
The polling comes days after nearly 500,000 New Yorkers lost their health care as a result of Mike Lawler’s cowardly vote for the Big, Ugly Bill, and Politico reports that his health care cuts are an “especially sensitive” issue in the district and will define the race.
