| The Democratic Party is deeply motivated to vote in November, with a clear advantage on the generic ballot ahead of the midterm elections, according to a new poll from CNN.
The poll found Democrats are up five-points on the generic ballot – and among voters who said they were ‘extremely motivated to vote,’ Democrats grow their lead to a massive 16 points.

Additionally, a new poll from Strength in Numbers and Verasight shows Democrats holding a commanding, 8% lead on the generic ballot, with Democrats more trusted than Republicans on top-ranked issues like prices and inflation (44%-37%), health care (54% to 31%), and jobs and the economy (43% to 40%).
Meanwhile, House Republicans are struggling to defend an out-of-control president and fail to deliver on their core campaign promise to lower the high cost of living.
Instead, Republicans ripped health care away from 15 million Americans to fund massive tax breaks for the wealthy. American households are spending over $1,500 more on average because of Republican-caused inflation and energy bills continue to rise.
As a result, the nonpartisan Cook Political Report shifted 18 House districts in Democrats’ direction last week.
DCCC Spokesperson Justin Chermol:
“Corrupt House Republican sycophants are going down in November. The American people are poised to elect a Democratic House majority that puts a check on Donald Trump’s extremism and lowers the high cost of living.”
