Following is a statement from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee on Congressman Davis’ new TV ad:
“Even though Congressman Davis has done nothing to raise the minimum wage and nothing to ensure paycheck fairness, Congressman Davis suggested recently that he thought the ‘do nothing’ Congress was highly productive,” said Brandon Lorenz of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. “Congressman Davis claims he’s getting things done, but he’s only working for the special interests that fuel his campaign, like hiring a lobbyist for the Big Oil companies that have given him thousands of dollars and voting to protect tax breaks for Big Oil companies.”
