For the third time this week, Zach Nunn has caved to the demands of his far-right colleagues and voted for extremist Jim Jordan for speaker.
Rather than working in a bipartisan manner to get things done for Iowa, Nunn is supporting a conspiracy theorist whose agenda includes:
- Defunding federal law enforcement.
- Passing a nationwide abortion ban with no exceptions.
- Repealing investments that are creating good-paying jobs and reinvigorating American manufacturing.
- Cutting access to Social Security and ending Medicare as we know it.
DCCC Spokesperson Mallory Payne:
