| Four years after the Supreme Court ripped reproductive rights away from millions of women, MAGA Jim Desmond is running in line with anti-abortion extremists in Congress who are out of step with the 60 percent of Americans who believe abortion should be legal.
And despite California voters overwhelmingly supporting reproductive freedom and enshrining it in the state constitution, Jim Desmond’s anti-women record speaks for itself:
In stark contrast, Marni von Wilpert passed an ordinance in San Diego to protect abortion rights and safeguard abortion providers and patients from intimidation and harassment. In Congress, she will fight to codify Roe v. Wade, protect access to contraception and IVF, and reverse Republican health care cuts threatening Planned Parenthood and other health care centers throughout Southern California.
