| Today marks the 53rd anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision – a decision that Bill Huizenga has spent years working to overturn, to rip away women’s freedoms to make their own health care choices.
Quite literally, in fact: Huizenga signed on to the amicus brief pushing for the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade.

- Huizenga cosponsored the Life At Conception Act: a total nationwide abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman’s life.
- Huizenga signed the amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade and then applauded the Dobbs decision.
- Huizenga voted for a backdoor effort to pressure states with established legal protections into gradually stripping away abortion rights.
