14 years after the passage of the Affordable Care Act, Bryan Steil and his party continue to follow dangerous calls to “terminate” coverage for 266,327 Wisconsinites, including some of the 883,000 with pre-existing conditions who would likely be denied coverage without the ACA’s protections.
Just this week, the Republican Study Committee, which Steil is a part of, introduced a plan to gut the ACA and privatize Medicare. He’s even called the ACA a “disaster” and a “failed policy.”
Steil will do everything he can to take away this critical coverage.
