14 years after the passage of the Affordable Care Act, Don Bacon and House Republicans continue to follow Donald Trump’s dangerous calls to “terminate” coverage for 117,882 Nebraskans, including some of the 295,000 with pre-existing conditions who would likely be denied coverage without the ACA’s protections.
Just this week, Bacon’s Republican Study Committee introduced a plan to gut the ACA and privatize Medicare. Don’t forget that Bacon was a “hell yes” on Trump’s original plan to repeal the ACA.
Don Bacon, Donald Trump, and House Republicans cannot be trusted with Americans’ health care.
