On the 14th Anniversary of the Affordable Care Act, Ryan Zinke Continues Reckless Crusade To Wipe Away Health Care From Montanans

14 years after the passage of the Affordable Care Act, Ryan Zinke and House Republicans continue to follow dangerous calls to “terminate” coverage for 66,336 Montanans, including some of the 152,000 with pre-existing conditions who would likely be denied coverage without the ACA’s protections.

Just this week, the Republican Study Committee, which Zinke is a part of, introduced a plan to gut the ACA and privatize Medicare. He’s even been an “outspoken critic” of the ACA for years.

Zinke will do everything he can to take away this critical coverage.

DCCC Spokesperson Mallory Payne:
“For 14 years, millions of Americans have had access to quality health care thanks to the Affordable Care Act. Ryan Zinke is fixated on repealing this law, putting tens of thousands of Montanans, including those with pre-existing conditions, at risk of being denied coverage. Zinke’s failure to stand up for Montanans once again will cost him at the ballot box.”
