| Three years after Max Miller, Mike Turner, and Mike Carey cheered on the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and rip reproductive rights away from Ohioans, the three continue to side with anti-abortion extremists over Ohio women.
Miller, Turner, and Carey worked for years to strip away reproductive health care from Ohio women, and their anti-abortion records are perfectly clear:
- Miller, Turner, and Carey all voted to jail doctors and nurses who provide reproductive health care and supported defunding abortion care for U.S. servicemembers.
- Miller, Turner, and Carey all voted for a backdoor effort to pressure states with established legal protections into gradually stripping away abortion rights.
- Miller, Turner, and Carey all received an A+ rating from an anti-abortion organization that supports a national abortion ban.
- Miller celebrated the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
- Turner signed the amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade.
- Turner said it was “unfortunate” that Ohioans voted to pass Issue 1 and protect the right to an abortion.
- Carey cosponsored the Life At Conception Act: a total nationwide abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman’s life.
