Today, Oregon GOP candidates confirmed what we already knew: they would be a solid vote for a nationwide abortion ban and the toxic MAGA agenda in Congress.
Alek Skarlatos (OR-04), Lori Chavez-DeRemer (OR-05), and Mike Erickson (OR-06) are campaigning alongside GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy in Portland today, who has made clear that he will pursue a nationwide ban on abortion if Republicans retake the House this November.
One look at the GOP candidates’ extreme anti-abortion stances shows why:

Alek Skarlatos said ‘go for it’ on overturning Roe v. Wade and proudly accepted the endorsement of the extremist group Oregon Right to Life, which wants to ban abortion even in cases of rape or incest;

Lori Chavez-DeRemer backs an extreme, near-total ban on abortion and is endorsed by extremist anti-abortion group National Right to Life, which wants to ban abortion even in case of rape or incest;

Mike Erickson has campaigned on a “strict anti-abortion platform” and wants to ban abortion even in cases of rape or incest.
