Oregon Republicans Sit Shoulder to Shoulder with Extremist Kevin McCarthy

Today, Oregonians are waking up to images of Alek Skarlatos (OR-04), Lori Chavez-DeRemer (OR-05), and Mike Erickson (OR-06) sitting shoulder to shoulder with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy. A stark visual reminder of who they are – and who they aren’t.

Skarlatos, DeRemer, and Erickson may be trying to distance themselves from their extreme anti-choice agendas, but they’ve shown their true intentions through the company they keep.

They’ve tethered themselves to someone former president Trump refers to as ‘My Kevin.’ Someone who rallied his caucus against legislation to bring manufacturing back to America, cut health care costs for seniors, and curb inflation. And someone who is hellbent on enacting a draconian, nationwide abortion ban should he take power.
