Marjorie Taylor Greene gives an honest assessment of the House Republican majority
Always one to tell everyone and anyone with a microphone her thoughts, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene offered some surprisingly honest, even truthful commentary on her party’s majority in Congress – noting at an event yesterday that they “have failed completely.”
Her moment of radical candor didn’t end there. Greene lambasted her party and leadership in a five-page letter this morning saying they have given voters “very little reason to vote for a Republican House majority.”
More and more House Republicans are agreeing with each passing day: their majority has “zero accomplishments” and cannot deliver for working families.
DCCC Spokesperson Viet Shelton:
“Americans already know what Marjorie Taylor Greene has finally admitted: House Republicans are failing to do anything to help working families, which is why she was spot on when she said that voters have ‘very little reason to vote for a Republican House majority.’ This November, voters will give Democrats the majority to defend their reproductive freedoms, lower costs, and grow the middle class.”
