Rep. Scott Perry is at it again. Not content with attempting to overthrow an election, he is now intent on shutting down the government.
Perry has signed onto a letter with more than two-dozen congressional Republicans calling on GOP leaders to refuse consideration of any federal government funding vehicle over public safety measures to fight COVID-19.
