Yesterday, the Alabama Supreme Court issued a ruling threatening reproductive care that millions of families depend on.
After co-sponsoring the near total six-week abortion ban that would punish doctors with up to seven years in prison, voting for a constitutional amendment that would ban the right to an abortion, and attending an anti-abortion rally, organized by a group whose goal is to “ultimately make abortion unthinkable,” Rob Mercuri has made it clear that he is waging a war on women’s rights.
Pennsylvanians deserve to know: why is Mercuri silent on efforts to outlaw fertility care like IVF?

“The Alabama Court decision threatening IVF is the latest effort by MAGA extremists to rip away women’s fundamental freedoms. Pennsylvanians already rejected Rob Mercuri’s anti-abortion extremism and know he won’t stand up as his party is jeopardizing women’s reproductive rights.”
