One year out from the midterms, House Democrats continue to build momentum – and the public’s support – in poll after poll.
New Marquette University, The Argument/Verasight, and NPR/PBS/Marist polls all show Democrats leading on the generic congressional ballot – with Marist showing Democrats having their biggest lead since 2017, when Democrats flipped the House and netted 40 seats.
It gets even worse for Republicans, as a new Fox News poll reveals that the American public is overwhelmingly unhappy with Trump and Republican’s handling of the economy and that Americans think Democrats are better at handling affordability and health care.
