| Trump’s Big, Ugly Law is the most unpopular piece of legislation in modern American history.
It’s so toxic that, earlier this year, the NRCC demanded House Republicans hide from their constituents and stop holding in-person town halls.
Now, after a summer of protests, boos, and jeers from their constituents back home, vulnerable House Republicans are being ordered by the chair of the NRCC to walk the plank for the White House and sell their disastrous GOP Tax Scam in a ham-fisted rebrand.
 REMINDER: Recent polling shows the Big, Ugly Law is 22 points underwater – with 61% of independents disapproving.This new polling comes just a week after Mike Johnson was grilled on individual provisions of the law being wildly unpopular with the American people – including cutting Medicaid, SNAP and energy jobs. He responded: “Polls can be manipulated.”
