POLL: New Jersey Voters Hate Tom Kean Jr.’s Big, Ugly Bill – Including Majority of Independents

Fairleigh Dickinson University poll shows just 27% of NJ voters approve of Kean Jr.’s bill that makes the largest cuts to Medicaid in history

Tom Kean Jr.
bet big on his Big, Ugly Bill – and now it looks like he may be “under fire” and under water with voters as a result.

New polling from Fairleigh Dickinson University shows that Kean Jr. and House Republicans’ Tax Scam is politically toxic with New Jersey voters, including nearly two-thirds of independents.

DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“Career politician Tom Kean Jr. campaigned on a promise to lower costs for New Jersey families, but instead voted to rip away their health care and jack up utility bills – all to give tax cuts to billionaires. Kean Jr.’s big bet on the Big, Ugly Bill will be a big reason why voters reject him next November.”
