| The Big, Ugly Law is deeply unpopular with the American people, according to yet another national poll.
The new CBS News poll finds six in 10 people disapprove of the bill, which the so-called moderate House Republicans voted to pass after lying for months that they would not cut Medicaid or food assistance.
Trump’s Big, Ugly Law marks the largest single transfer of wealth from poor to rich in U.S. history – and the American people know it. Most think the GOP Tax Scam will hurt everyday Americans and help the wealthy – and few believe it will help middle and working class families.

“Republicans have lost the plot on their Big, Ugly Law – and they will lose the House majority because of their vote. House Democrats will continue to hold phony moderate Republicans accountable for voting to gut health coverage and food assistance to give massive tax breaks to GOP Billionaire donors.”
REMINDER: The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates that 17 million Americans could lose access to their health care as a result of the Big, Ugly Law. Hospitals are at risk of closing, nursing homes could shut down, and health care costs will rise for millions of more people.
