Today, President Biden signed into law the wildly popular Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that Abigail Spanberger and Elaine Luria worked to pass to deliver real results for families and workers across Virginia.
This infrastructure deal marks the most meaningful action on our nation’s infrastructure in nearly a century, and thanks to the work of Abigail Spanberger, Elaine Luria, and Congressional Democrats, families across the Commonwealth will now be able to directly feel the effects of the bill’s game-changing investments.
From fixing Virginia’s crumbling roads and bridges, easing inflation, providing millions of Americans with good-paying union jobs, ensuring every Virginian has access to high speed internet, and delivering clean water, families and workers across the Commonwealth will see the impacts of this legislation in nearly every corner of their lives.
