Today, President Biden signed into law the wildly popular Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that Rep. Lucy McBath (GA-06) worked to pass to deliver real results for families and workers across Georgia.
This infrastructure deal marks the most meaningful action on our nation’s infrastructure in nearly a century, and thanks to the work of President Biden, McBath, and Congressional Democrats, families across Georgia will now be able to directly feel the effects of the bill’s game-changing investments.
From fixing Georgia’s crumbling roads and bridges, easing inflation, providing millions of Americans with good-paying union jobs, ensuring every Georgian has access to high speed internet, and delivering clean water, families and workers across GA-06 will see the impacts of this legislation in nearly every corner of their lives.
