Today, President Biden signed into law the wildly popular Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that Congressman Antonio Delgado (NY-19) worked to pass, delivering real results for families and workers across New York.
This infrastructure deal marks the most meaningful action on our nation’s infrastructure in nearly a century, and thanks to the work of President Biden, Rep. Delgado, and Congressional Democrats, families across New York will now be able to directly feel the effects of the bill’s game-changing investments.

The landmark legislation includes significant provisions led by Rep. Delgado to strengthen limo safety, expand access to clean water, and promote American-made manufacturing.
