President Trump cannot stop talking about repealing health care. But while President Trump has all but promised to make that fight the centerpiece of his 2020 campaign, Senator Bishop can’t [or won’t] even start to explain his own health care record.
That’s a problem for Senator Bishop, because over his decade and a half in office Senator Bishop has amassed quite the questionable record on North Carolinians’ health care.
Specifically…
- Senator Bishop’s record of prohibiting pharmacists to recommend lower cost drugs
- Senator Bishop’s record of allowing insurance companies to charge more for oral chemotherapy than intravenous chemotherapy
So, Senator Bishop… Would you like to explain what your career in politics has meant for North Carolinians’ ability to afford their health care, or should we?
