Overview

The difference is clear between Ryan Mackenzie and Bob Brooks. While Bob Brooks understands the struggles hardworking Pennsylvanians are facing, cost raising Ryan Mackenzie is a part of the problem in Washington. He puts big corporations over the Lehigh Valley and Carbon County and makes life more unaffordable for us.

Summary:

Voters in the Philadelphia media market need to see ads on broadcast TV and cable ads on WFMZ, YouTube, streaming, and OTT ads that say:

  • Ryan Mackenzie took hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations from corporate PACs, billionaires, and the Big Tech industry while doing nothing to hold them accountable for raising prices. Mackenzie’s donors’ profits are soaring, and his personal wealth has increased by up to 400%, while Pennsylvanians struggle with higher costs.
  • Mackenzie takes tens of thousands of dollars in donations from utility company PACs and the oil and gas industry. And Mackenzie voted to raise the cost of electricity and gas by hundreds of dollars for average people. Now Pennsylvania families are already paying 10% more every month than the national average.
  • Mackenzie took more than $76,000 from health and insurance industry PACs and called the Affordable Care Act a “disaster.” And Mackenzie voted to increase the cost of health insurance premiums by an average of 102%. Mackenzie supports making it easier for big insurers to raise rates and deny care to people with pre-existing conditions, like high blood pressure and cancer.

Voters across the district need to see ads on YouTube, streaming, and OTT:

  • Ryan Mackenzie opposed abortion rights with no exceptions for rape or incest.
  • Mackenzie bragged about a 100% anti-abortion voting record.
  • Mackenzie repeatedly voted in the State House to ban abortion with no exceptions for rape or incest.
  • Mackenzie erased his anti-abortion positions from his website to hide his extreme record. Mackenzie even lied during a candidate debate about his anti-abortion record.
