Derrick Van Orden doesn’t care about Wisconsinites. He is out of touch and self-serving.
SUMMARY:
Most importantly, voters outside the La Crosse-Eau Claire media market need to see ads on television, OTT, see and hear ads on digital platforms, and receive mail that:
- NBC News reported that Van Orden screamed at teenage workers in the US Capitol, getting physically aggressive with them, calling them “jackasses” and “pieces of shit,” and telling them “I don’t give a fuck who you are, I’m a Congressman.”
- He doesn’t care about you and that’s why he’s willing to rubber stamp orders from party bosses to gut Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.
Voters outside the La Crosse-Eau Claire media market need to see ads on television, OTT, see and hear ads on digital platforms, and receive mail that:
- Van Orden voted for the largest Medicaid cuts in history and voted to strip healthcare from over 26,000 Wisconsinites in the Third Congressional District and force rural hospitals to cut services and close.
- Van Orden voted to force almost $500 billion in cuts to Medicare, which could cut benefits and raise costs on seniors’ health care.
- Van Orden opposed capping insulin costs at $35 a month for seniors and letting Medicare negotiate lower prescription drug prices for over 150,000 Wisconsinites.
