Overview

Kevin Kiley is a Trump Republican who Trump has called a “MAGA Champion” because Kevin Kiley votes with Trump 98% of the time. Dr. Richard Pan is a pediatrician and public health advocate who knows the struggles families face today and will fight to lower prices.

Starting nine weeks before the election, likely general election voters, but especially voters in Sacramento and Yolo Counties, voters who are registered with No Party Preference, and Latino voters, need to receive mail, and see ads on streaming, OTT, and YouTube, about how:

  • Kevin Kiley supports Trump’s policies that raise our costs.  Kiley supported raising the retirement age, cutting Social Security and Medicare benefits for seniors, opposes lowering prescription drug costs, and supports Trump’s tax breaks for billionaires and big corporations at the expense of cutting health care for us. Kiley voted to support Trump’s Iran War that forces us to pay even more for gas and groceries, with no end in sight.  
  • Kevin Kiley is a Trump Republican and a “MAGA Champion” who votes with Trump 98% of the time. He is a career politician and a phony who is trying to fool voters by pretending to be an Independent. In reality, he has run as a Republican in every one of his seven previous elections and his campaign was funded by over $200,000 from MAGA donors and his Republican party bosses. 

Starting five weeks before the election, registered Democrats and Latino voters under 40, need to receive mail and see ads on streaming, OTT, and YouTube, that:

  • As the son of immigrants, Richard Pan understands the importance of standing up for our immigrant communities. Pan helped immigrants obtain legal assistance to protect their rights and will fight for a path to citizenship. Pan supports getting our immigration system back to the basics of enforcing the law fairly, overhauling ICE, and responsible local law enforcement that also protects people’s constitutional rights. 

Starting five weeks before the election, AAPI voters need to receive mail and see ads on streaming, OTT, and YouTube, that:

  • As the son of immigrants, Richard Pan understands the importance of standing up for families who are working hard to make ends meet. Meanwhile, Kevin Kiley supports Trump’s policies that raise our costs. Kiley supports raising the retirement age, forcing seniors to pay more for Social Security/Medicare, opposes lowering prescription drug costs, and supports Trump’s tax breaks for billionaires and big corporations at the expense of cutting health care for us.

Starting five weeks before the election, voters, especially union members, need to receive mail, and see ads on streaming, OTT, and YouTube about how:

  • Kevin Kiley opposes protecting the fundamental right of workers to organize and collectively bargain. He votes with working people just 11% of the time, opposes laws that ensure that workers are fairly paid, and supports appointing members who strip worker protections to the national board that protects workers’ rights. Meanwhile, Dr. Richard Pan supports the fundamental right of workers to organize, and he votes with working people 94% of the time.
