Overview

Stockton Mayor Kevin Lincoln profits politically and benefits personally – at the expense of the Valley. He’ll put Donald Trump and the MAGA agenda that’s raising costs over Valley families’ bottom line.

SUMMARY

Starting immediately, voters, especially No Party Preference voters and Latino Democrats, in the Fresno and Sacramento media markets, need to see broadcast and cable TV ads, including primetime and live sports, and digital ads on YouTube, streaming, receive mail, and hear radio, all in English and Spanish, that:

  • Kevin Lincoln isn’t looking out for Valley families’ pocketbooks. As Mayor, Stockton already had one of the highest sales taxes in the Valley, but Mayor Kevin Lincoln piled on even more. Lincoln voted to approve more than sixty city fees. His policies created higher costs for water utilities and even youth sports. Then, Lincoln increased health insurance costs for city workers by eighteen percent. In Congress, he’ll do more of the same. Donald Trump has given Lincoln his “Complete and Total Endorsement.” And Lincoln has promised his blind loyalty to Trump. As a rubber stamp for the MAGA agenda, he’ll be another yes-man for Trump’s tariffs and War in Iran that are raising prices back at home, especially gas prices.

Starting immediately, voters, especially Latino No Party Preference and Democratic voters, and voters under the age of 40, need to also see digital ads on YouTube, streaming, and hear radio, all in English and Spanish, that:

  • Donald Trump has given Lincoln his “Complete and Total Endorsement.” And Lincoln has promised his blind loyalty to Trump. Kevin Lincoln will be a rubber stamp for Donald Trump’s MAGA agenda. Lincoln is endorsed by President Trump, and he will put orders from his MAGA party bosses ahead of what’s right for the Valley. That’s why he won’t stand up to Trump’s ICE raids that are tearing Valley families apart and hurting Valley businesses.

Voters who could be persuaded to turn out for Adam Gray should hear from canvassers at their doors about how:

  • Adam Gray is working to lower the cost of food, housing, and utilities. Congressman Gray has already delivered millions of dollars in improvements to roads, water, and public safety.  He will continue bringing resources to the Valley going forward.  In his first 2 years in Congress, Gray has already brought over $16 million dollars into our district for improvements & services we all need. 
  • Adam Gray has always put our community & our health first. He secured over $200 million to bring more nurses and doctors to our area and to build the new UC Merced Medical School. He also expanded health coverage to cover every child in the Central Valley and doubled the operating hours of local health clinics.
  • Kevin Lincoln is a failed Mayor of Stockton whose tenure led to higher sales taxes, higher costs, more homelessness, increased property crime, and increased homicides. He will be a rubber stamp for the MAGA agenda. Lincoln is endorsed by President Trump, and he will put orders from his MAGA party bosses ahead of what’s right for the Valley.
