Overview

Max Miller is unfit to serve in public office. He votes to make life more expensive for Northeast Ohioans while billionaires and his corporate donors get richer. And he has a disturbing and well-documented history of abuse allegations. 

SUMMARY

No later than four weeks before the election, voters, especially women, non-MAGA Republicans, and seniors, need to receive mail and see ads on broadcast TV, cable, YouTube, streaming, and Meta platforms about how Max Miller is a dangerous, violent man with a well-documented pattern of domestic abuse allegations from multiple women.

  • Miller’s wife has accused him of physical abuse. A judge signed a restraining order against him and his wife accused him in police records and court documents of beating her, throwing scalding hot water on her, and even holding a gun to her head.
  • The accusations against Miller are not new, and are part of a well-documented pattern of abuse allegations. He was previously accused of violent behavior against women in high school and college, as well as by a previous girlfriend who served with him in the Trump administration.
  • As part of the investigation into Miller’s violent behavior, child welfare advocates detailed that Miller’s 2-year old daughter suffered a broken collarbone with bruising that they described as suspicious after being under his care. And according to police records, the girl once told her mother “daddy kill you.”

In addition to the above messages, voters, especially women, non-MAGA Republicans, and seniors, need to see ads on YouTube, streaming, and Meta platforms that Max Miller voted for a $4 trillion giveaway to corporations and billionaires and paid for it by slashing Ohioans’ health care and food programs for Ohio’s children.

Now he’s cheerleading an unnecessary war in Iran that isn’t making us safer, all while driving gas prices through the roof.
  • Max Miller has hundreds of thousands of dollars in investments in companies pushing AI data centers, and then voted to expand tax breaks for data center developers and reduce regulations on AI. Max Miller has lined his pockets while Ohioans saw their electric bills go through the roof.
