Overview

Fitzpatrick used to be independent, but after a decade in Washington, he’s changed. Fitzpatrick is just another part of the corrupt system, voting with Trump to push a harmful agenda that’s hurting Bucks County families. 

Summary:

• Voters in the Philadelphia media market need to see ads on cable and broadcast TV, ads and voters, especially women, voters in Lower Bucks County and registered Independents who approve of Josh Shapiro and are undecided or leaning towards supporting Brian Fitzpatrick, need to see ads on streaming, YouTube and other digital platforms that:
  • After a decade in Washington, Fitzpatrick’s personal wealth increased by nearly 300% and he’s now a multi-millionaire
  • Fitzpatrick is there when Trump needs him. He was the deciding vote for Trump’s bill that gave billionaires a tax break, and cut healthcare which spiked insurance premiums by 102% and kicked thousands of people off their healthcare. Fitzpatrick also voted for Trump’s tariffs and war in Iran that are making everything cost more.
  • Worst of all, Fitzpatrick sided with the corrupt system in Washington when he was the deciding vote to block the release of the Epstein files even after he knew teenage girls as young as 14 were raped.

• Voters district wide, except voters that voted in the 2025 or 2026 Republican primary, need to see ads on streaming, YouTube and other digital platforms and need to read mail about how:
  • As a Bucks County Commissioner, Harvie leads the most bipartisan administration in county history with over 90% of votes unanimously supported by Republicans and Democrats.
  • They need to know Philadelphia Inquirer endorsed Bob Harvie and specifically that the Inquirer said:
    • “[Harvie] is humble, hardworking, and understands the affordability challenges facing Pennsylvanians.”
    • “Harvie will answer to the people, not Trump.”
    • “Fitzpatrick has been a member of Congress for nearly a decade, and it is difficult to determine what exactly he has accomplished. Fitzpatrick claims to be a problem solver, but he is really part of the problem.”
    • “When Fitzpatrick’s vote is needed, he backs Trump’s incoherent agenda, which has made life more expensive for everyone. That agenda speaks for itself: costly tariffs, cruel deportations, unprovoked war, tax breaks for the superrich, massive debt, healthcare cuts, brazen corruption, abuses of power, self-enrichment schemes, and constant chaos.
  • Governor Josh Shapiro endorsed Bob Harvie for Congress over Brian Fitzpatrick. Shapiro said that he knows that in Congress Bob Harvie will “advance a legislative agenda that helps Pennsylvania and stands up to the chaos, cruelty, and corruption of Donald Trump.”
• Voters in Lower Bucks County, especially voters who vote by mail and Democrats, Independents and persuadable Republicans who voted in 2022 and 2024 General Elections need to read mail about how:
  • After a decade in Washington, Fitzpatrick’s personal wealth increased by nearly 300% and he’s now a multi-millionaire
  • Fitzpatrick was the deciding vote for Trump’s bill that gave billionaires a tax break while cutting health care, including Medicaid and nursing homes. Now, insurance premiums have increased by an average of 102% and tens of thousands of people in our area have lost their health care.
  • Fitzpatrick voted for Trump’s tariffs and war in Iran that are making everything cost more.
  • Worst of all, Fitzpatrick sided with the corrupt system in Washington when he was the deciding vote to block the release of the Epstein files even after he knew teenage girls as young as 14 were raped
